"We had an amazing stay at RIU Palace Tropical Bay! The resort was very clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was very good, with plenty of choices, and we enjoyed everything throughout our stay. The beach and the entire resort atmosphere were wonderful, and we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend RIU Palace Tropical Bay and would happily return!"

"I enjoyed my stay only complain would be no soap holder in the shower and the sink was too small, prepare to get the floors wet when washing your face. Otherwise I loved it here especially these floating bed things in the beach that makes lounging in the water so fun. Loved it will definitely be back"

"The beach, the sunset, the staff, and even the driver are reasons that this will be my new spot for my Jamaica trips. The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe space to detox from the world and unwind."
