“Friendly staff”

“The rooms were terrible. Our room was dirty. They had to come back and deep, clean it. The toilet was broke. The only thing I can say about the hotel was a staff was very pleasant in the bars and restaurants, but they were out of everything. It reminded me of a place that was going out of business. Definitely wasn’t a five star hotel not even at three Star.”

“We spent our honeymoon at Sunset at the Palms and it was truly a peaceful and relaxing escape. The resort has a calm, intimate atmosphere, and the beach was always quiet—perfect for unwinding. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Concierge team checked in on us almost every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which was much appreciated. “We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. “Felt more quiet and intimate than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to. Great people, food (except ribeye steak at Steak House was overcooked, too thin and fatty. Filet at Kulinariun restaurant was perfectly cooked)”

“Staff,facility was all great”

“Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.”

“Upper management should be changed. They are not properly supervise their staff.”
