Clean, staff friendly, although not around when I checked out so just left the keys on the desk (I hope that was ok?), but were there when I checked in, thank goodness, Bimbi carried my bags up the many stairs (although there was a lift if needed). "The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was okay, and the room was clean. The location is convenient because it is close to the train and bus stations. We arrived at the train station late in the afternoon, and it was raining. We tried to book an Uber, but no drivers were available, so we had to walk for about eight minutes to reach the hotel."
