“Beautiful property! Only stayed for one night but wish we had stayed longer. Check in was excellent, friendly and easy. We got extra help with arranging a taxi to visit a local site. The room was the best we had stayed in. Clean and modern and the roof top deck was unbelievable! Breakfast was exceptional. The lady doing breakfast went out of her way to make omelettes and anything else we wanted. Made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!!! ”

“Como o Palácio Belsanti estava em reformas, ficamos hospedados no Hotel Il Palazzotto, nossa estadia foi ótima. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Lucca, gentil e atencioso. Hotel todo reformado, novo, muito bem decorado, lindo. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Excelente café da manhã.”

“It’s clean and spacious room, quiet and walkable. You need to use the flash light when you need to get out from the elevator. Cynthia is very kind and responsive any text message/sms via WhatsApp. She is very helpful and knowledgeable of good restaurants 😋”

“Perfect location, 5 star accommodation. Minus was poor WiFi signal and noise on street. Otherwise would definitely recommend!”

“Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questa struttura, situata in pieno centro. Camera comoda e spaziosa, pulita. Buona la colazione da fare in un bar convenzionato a pochi passi. Essendo in pieno centro storico non c'è possibilità di arrivare in auto fino alla struttura, personalmente ho utilizzato un parcheggio a pagamento consigliato dal B&B situato a 5 minuti a piedi.”

“Great modern apartment, huge sunny balcony, excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of sweet or savoury. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until 1st May but that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel shuttle was really efficient and only took 10 mins to get to the apartment. Alessandro was really helpful.”

“The room was very nice with a really, really nice shower. It was clean and comfortable. There was a palazzo right outside the door. We were on the 4th floor which is where the check in desk is located. Our room was right near the desk so we heard the door buzzing often during the day as well as people talking while checking in. We definitely recommend it as the price was good. If you have a car, call ahead and ask where to park as it’s only 2 Euros. ”
