I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Location is so central and you can reach the old town in 7 minutes on foot. The room was beautiful and spotless. Very spacious. Air con worked perfectly. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. What made it special was the wonderful staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable. Big shout out to Raphaela, Alessia and Norberto. Thank you so much for looking after us. You were amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staff were very friendly and extremely responsive to our "prior to arrival" questions, including booking parking at a nearby private parking garage. They also were very happy to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The room was excellent, with great facilities and the location of the hotel was close to perfect for everything we wanted to do for our 2 day stay in Bari. Highly recommended.

Both the hotel and the staff at the hotel are fabulous! Raffaella was kind, courteous and most responsive to all of our questions and offered wonderful restaurant recommendations. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is made to order in the lounge attached to the hotel and was very tasty. We were very impressed with Bari!
