"Very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast had a little better choices than the other hotels we recently visited. Had never stayed at this chain of hotels and were pleasantly happy with this location. "

"Very run down and grungy. Sad rebranding effort. TV was non-functional, room smelled horrible, and the bed was so bad I had to schedule a massage the next morning just to be able to drive home. Beware. Cheaper is rarely better. Good is not a generally accurate rating for sure. Im sure the staff considers it a job, but not one they feel good about."

"The pool area that is advertised was not operational at any point during the entire time of my stay. Staff never cleaned by Room in the 28 days I was there. And before they would allow me to check out staff and the owner attempted to make me pay $800 for 13 days that weren't paid to them ( According to hotel management). I will never stay at that hotel again nor would I suggest anyone else."

"I stayed twice in the last week. Saturday night was excellent! The airport shuttle was ready to go when I was, and we were on our way to the hotel. My room was great, quiet, comfortable bed. Thursday night I was on the first floor and it was louder. Breakfast hours did not accommodate my early flight (which I anticipated). Neither did airport shuttle which I found frustrating, since I chose a airport hotel for that reason...I can pay for an Uber from anywhere. All said and done, I'd stay again, but might look around if I have an early flight again. "

"The breakfast was great. My only negative was the loud people above my room. I didn't tell reception because i chose the floor i was on. My suggestion is ALWAYS ask for top floor room near elevators. I love the hotel even with the obnoxious people above me. They reminded me of tweakers the way they stomped the floor most of the night. This happened about 4 nights. GET THE TOP FLOOR."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. we arrived and our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be about another 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. We had a wedding to be at down the street at 5:00 p.m. and it would have been nice to know about the delay in advance. They did make up for it and gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated. We were charged twice for one soda in the mini fridge in the room. Although I didn't tell them about that since it was just $3, nobody likes being charged twice for anything and then having to deal with that later. Did not receive a detailed receipt for the room service charges so I don't know if I was charged correctly. These are little details that could be improved very easily. Other than that everything was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. The room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic."

"I was upgraded to a king suite and it was amazing. So spacious with a counter and extra sink and microwave. The front desk employees were great BUT Sean who was in the front lobby area every day was spectacular! He was checking in so kind did whatever we needed, made great suggestions, reminded us of happy hour and helped us with the hockey game. He is your number one employee!!! The location of the hotel is walkable to everything- amazing restaurants, bars, shops, parks and grocery stores for extra snacks if needed."
