The room was cleaner and safer than I expected since I had never stayed at a casino. Security monitored the parking lot and there was a keyed door between casino and hotel.

There wasn't a phone in the bedroom. We had to ask for towels. The air conditioning was top notch. The staff at the front desk could have been more friendly, welcoming and informative. The casino ventilation system needs improvement. It was very smelly with cigarettes, which is not pleasant to non-smokers to go through that. However, the food in their restaurant was very good.

The casino sucks the slots are very tight.. Wasn’t hitting at all. The food was ok not enough to choose from.The catfish meal wasn’t worth $19.00 it looked like they took one filet and cut it up into 3 little pieces.. The rooms where clean but I found someone dirt sock in my room by the nightstand.. Staff was friendly. The room and the staff was the best part of my stay. But I will never gamble there again it was horrible..

I’m from Lula so Isle of Capri have always been a go to hotel. The staff are friendly and they helped me with my dad that’s is a wheel chair. Room service was great and they stay was well worth it
