"Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. "Stayed 4days/3 nights.Took some getting used to. 1st flr reception&restaurant are modern, but the rest was more medical than 'spa'. Not what we were expecting, so took time to appreciate. Rooms-simple, spacious,comfortable&very clean. Furniture in great shape. Bathroom had window to room reducing privacy. BUT you see balcony view, so appreciated the decision. We paid extra for valleyview & it didn't disappoint! Altho a little loud at times w/tractors,cows&cars, but it was gorgeous &every sunset...

"This is a fantastic hotel- we will stay here anytime we’re in Zürich! The hotel has a fitness/wellbeing theme and is the most eco friendly lodging I’ve found. There’s a complimentary sauna on site, yoga, fitness facilities. Short walk to the river where you can swim and float. The bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful. Recommend 10/10!"
