"It was just a one night stay for us and we didn’t eat, so can’t comment on that. The hotel is in need of s full renovation, but what I would say is that it’s in good condition for age, clean and rooms are massive. The parking is very good, though I did hear some people being told it was full and had to go somewhere else. Limited plugs for changing devices, no usb sockets, small changes to bring it into the modern world. Overall excellent value and just what we needed it for."

"Grande chambre propre. Personnel courtois et accueillant. Bon buffet déjeuner avec des options pour tous les goûts. Il y avait une seule table de chevet d'un côté de notre lit king, mais au moins il y avait une petite table qu'on a pu déplacer de l'autre côté du lit. La télé est une Roku et nous n'avons pas réussi à voir les postes de base ni à ajouter des applications pour nous connecter à nos comptes, alors j'étais contente d'avoir mon ordinateur. Le matelas aurait pu être plus confortable, mais ça passe. Un autre point positif : des bacs de recyclage à divers endroits, y compris dans les chambres. En somme, c'était bien correct pour une nuit."

"Bonjour ! Pour une 3eme fois d’affilée, que je demande et PAIE pour avoir le late check a 14:00. Votre direction m’avais promis que la dernière fois le tout sera régler et qu’un suivis sera faite avec l’équipe d’entretien ménager. L’homme à la réception a été formidable et compréhensible dans son accueil et c’est assurer d’écrire la note à mon dossier de chambre #733. Mais encore une fois, nous avons été réveiller / déranger à 11:45, et le préposer a voulu entrée tres rapidement que nous avons du nous lever très vite pour lui bloquer l’accès pour ne pas qu’il entre. De toute évidence nous l’avons pas accueilli avec la bonne humeur et avons refermer la porte fermement et mis le lock pour être sûr de ne pas être déranger ou que qu’un d’autre s’introduise à l’intérieur. Je tiens a mentionner que le carton NE PAS DÉRANGER était bien présent sur la poignée. À notre Check out, nous avons expliquer toute la situation à la dame de la réception qui elle aussi a faite un travail remarquable, elle nous a mentionner qu’après vérifications avec la personne d’inspection qui lui a carrément donner comme réponse “Ont ne regarde pas les notes”. Je trouve déplorable de laxiste de la part du département de l’entretien ménager qui affecte l’image et la bienveillance du département de la réception. Si j’ai à revenir à nouveau à votre hôtel, je crois que je vais moi-même amener ma pancarte de “late check out 14:00 - ne pas déranger sinon à vos risques” lol."
