We came during the off season (March) so it was very not busy. The staff was friendly and laid back. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had hot and regular options. But the highlight was the flavored water. I had mango flavored water and it was so refreshing i couldnt stop chugging it. I have been reborn into a new woman

The check-in employee was super kind and the sheets were amazing. However, the pool & hot tub were down, the room had used towels in it, and it was in need of an update so bad. I asked about discounting our rate due to the closed pool the next morning (the reason we stayed there was to swim - their pool is awesome, but we had to kill hours in an old, not-so-clean room instead), but the employee said he didn't understand English. Not sure we'll ever stay here again.
