Student place!!! Good but it looks outside the room dirty...anyway, had a good stay for the cost-benefit price!!!

Waited 2 hours to check in

We booked through hotels.com and apparently the building is sublet to 3 different landlords. The guy on security was great and super helpful as without him we probably wouldn’t have had a room for the night. It took us 2 hours to check in which was such a shame after travelling 2 hours from Birmingham. First I was told my room was cancelled and then double booked and had to wait tirelessly until a room was granted from another landlord. Unfortunately this really left a sour taste of the whole experience even though the room was fine and as shown in pictures.

Fantastiskt läge , mitt i city, nära till allt spi apartments det renaste jag sett i England, kök, mm supertrevlig personal samt ägaren kom och hälsade. Luton trevligt, billigt, lätt att hitta. toppen trevligt bor på Spi apartments i gen framöver, eller Hatbox som det också kallas bo där , bra pris och läge, flyg med easy jet, billigt snabbt ca 2 timmar taxi ca 13 GBP för resan till hotellet

This is student accomodation so no tv however rooms have a kitchen with toaster and kettle and oven rooms are very clean and bed comfortable based in the centre of luton there is a nap car park nearby but luton itself is not a place id visit outside of work good value for money

Clean comfortable studio. Close to town centre.

Really nice stay. Close to the town centre, a good gym and clean studio. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

We ordered for 2 people and requested in the email a seperable bed, when we got to the location at 4 am there was no place for even the both of us to sleep on the same bed even if we wanted to share the bed. I had to sleep on the floor with just a pillow and no blanket
