"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for two weeks and truly enjoyed every moment. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, always with a gracious smile. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mara and Stephany from reception; Lidia and Maria from housekeeping; and Marina and Antonella from the breakfast buffet for their help with everything we needed, as well as for their kindness and warmth. We would also like to thank the other staff members—unfortunately, we did not catch their names. We are sincerely grateful for the hospitality and would be delighted to return."
