โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rock Point Inn. The location on the water is perfect, breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked and hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. โ
โVery friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea frontโ
โThe property was as in pictures apart from the entrance, which was around the back of the property on an uneven surface and up a steep metal wet staircase. Would suggest slated blinds as the sun makes the property very hot especially at the velux window above the sink.
Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely sea side town. โ
โThe bottom lock on the front door is too stiff. One side of the double bed is broken. There is no mention of the parking permit and car park on the agents website. โ
โThe Apartment, was quiet and just the right size for one or two people to stay in. The town was walkable to the town, but it was the hills coming back up. There was no onsite parking and it was pop lucky if you got a space on the road.โ
โThe cottage is centrally located and we enjoyed our stay. We were grateful to have a washing machine and the bed was very comfortable.
The downsides were: we had great difficulty opening the key lock box when we arrived..It was very stiff to open. We tried to call the contact number but there was no reply or even an answer machine. This was a Saturday afternoon. We finally managed to open the box but I broke a finger nail in the process.
Regards the tv, there are only the five basic tv...
โWhat an amazing place to stay! Close to many activities but at the same time a lovely quiet location. Very well equipped with lots of DVD choices, board games and everything you need to maintain your stay. The beds and bedding was my highlight one of the most comfortable beds Iโve slept in for years! โThe property is located on a site which includes a hotel and a group of small private homes. None of which is a negative. The area is very quiet, but you definitely need a car.
The surrounding area is sensationally beautiful and well worth a visit and we enjoyed our trips out very much.
