"Great place to stay, staff extremely helpful, kettle wasn’t working on arrival and was swapped within minutes of my request. The young man who served me at breakfast was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, credit to the Hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area."

"Stayed over in a double room , room was very tired looking and stains on walls. Windows only opened 2 inches and so resulted in very hot room. Bed was uncomfortable. Used spa facilities which were disappointing, steam room was not working and spa was busy with children despite having designated family swim times. Restaurant was very over priced. Having stayed in numerous spa hotels, expected a better standard here but was disappointing"

"I have to say I was so very impressed with the service at this particular hotel. From beginning to end the people who work here are polite and extremely willing to help in any way possible. Being a solo traveler, it is comforting to have people looking out for you - and absolutely lovely people at that! Even very early in the morning, (when I am definitely not at my best,) there were several staff members available, who with pleasant smiling faces made it much easier for me to go on my way....
