The hotel staff members are very nice. The breakfast has poor choices. Overall it was okay for the price of $97 plus tax.

I have stayed here many times and as always the check-in went quick and smooth. The front desk staff are always so helpful, courteous, and professional. When I had told the gentleman, his name escapes me that I had been here many times, he said, “welcome home!” That was so nice!

Unfortunately the shower in our room had a handle that only turned from cold to not as cold. It was inconvenient having to change rooms in order to have a hot shower.

We love staying at the Microtel property. The staff met our request for a certain floor . Always clean! Only concern we had were , new direct tv remotes that didn’t work properly and tub drain had a problem draining.

While it was a very clean hotel, it had a very awkward room layout and felt very small with 3 people.

Steve, the evening receptionist, was exceptionally helpful in helping me print a letter. However, in the morning the breakfast set up was a mess. No cups for coffee, drinking milk, yogurt, butter, creme cheese. It looks like they were out of food by 9:10 or had cleared everything away. They were suppse to be open until 10 am!

Our check-in was very quick and easy. The staff is very helpful and polite. We have stayed here a number of times and enjoy our stay here.

I've stayed in other Microtel properties but this one didn't quite match up. Of the 3 pieces of equipment in the fitness center (elliptical, treadmill, and bike), only the bike was working. The 24-hour coffee station in the lobby was poorly maintained. Two of the electrical outlets in my room did not work. The water pressure from the shower was weak. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff was friendly and professional. I would stay there again because the staff and the location were excellent.

Check In was ok, we had to wait for them to find us a room even though it was after check in time. Room was clean and for the price it was all we needed for one night. 5 minutes to Liberty University

The room and bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast could have been better, that's why I didn't give it an overall 5 star rating.

The shower curtain was moldy and the shower faicet was loose from the wall. The breakfast was sad...waffles and oatmeal. They ran out of clean towels and washclothes. Not an excellent hotel.

Attended Liberty College for a Weekend, so I am sure the rates were increased. For the amount of $ I spent, there was 0 service. They do not clean rooms, dump trash, or replenish towels. It is essentially “self serve.” The “reason” they don’t do anything other than turn on the lights is “because of Covid.”Do not stay here.

This is our 3rd time staying. It was clean and safe each time. I do wish there were more breakfast option, but something quick is better than nothing.

I liked the room and how it was so close to Liberty University I did not like the breakfast, the only things there were waffles, bagels and some fruit. It wasn't stated in an area I saw so I was thoroughly disappointed.

This hotel is an excellent choice to stay in: super clean, brand new rooms that make sense in their functionality, close to all shopping needs, excellent view and great staff.

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I can have problems trying to sleep away from home but I slept very well here! The food was very limited but fine.

Clean, friendly, nice accommodations.
We had a great stay at Microtel in Lynchburg, Virginia. The hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was great, central to everything we needed to access during our stay.

The breakfast was not to mention anything about it! When we came down 50 min still before the end of serving, we were greeted with 2 bagels, 2 apples, some cereal, waffle mix and I package of milk. Also, there was only 1 cup for a hot drink. When asking the staff were the breakfast is she replied it is there and all we serve! I told her where as I saw nothing! Then I asked her again a few minutes later and told her 2 bagels for 2 people and I cup of coffee for 2??? She then replied it will be filled up and left me standing and waiting. She went to the office at the check-in and talked to people and then she came out again and spoke with more people. When I clearly had to make a screen and said this is ridicules 1 cup of coffee for 2 guests she finally came and filled up the coffee cups and the bagels. The rooms did not receive any cleaning service whatsoever! You had to sleep in the unmade beds and reuse the towels. Everything there is rationed as I asked for shampoo and the maid said for how many guests and we received 1! Worst ever stay I had in a hotel.
