Attention pour la remise des clés.sinon bon séjour

Dommage qu' il n'y ait eu personne a l accueil et ne répondant sur aucun téléphone car suite à une erreur sur le mail nous n avons pas trouvé les clés.probleme résolu après 2 heures d attente.attention pas de parking.sinon petite chambre correcte et bonne literie.

La propreté n'est pas la priorité de l'établissement. Oublie de laisser les clés dans le coffre prévu pour cela ,sont INJOIGNABLE si problème, etc etc

We had a lot of trouble finding the address as it was incorrectly addressed as 1719 not 17-19 so this needs to be improved to prevent others having the sane issue. The room could have done with a fan as it had no air conditioning but a fab would have helped instead.

J'ai aimé la facilité d'accès au logement (code pour récupérer les clés) et la position même du logement (près d'un arrêt métro/tram, très pratique). J'aurais voulu du vrai gel douche et non pas un semblant de liquide vaisselle… Pour le reste, tout s'est très bien passé !

bon rapport qualité/prix

Chambre propre et proche du Parc de la Tête d'Or. Bien agencé Seulement bémol l'agent d'entretien qui essaie d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée à 7h30. Attention pas de parking privé comme il l'est indiqué dans l'annonce de réservation. Il faut garer votre véhicule dans la rue.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour!!! C'était tellement reposant, pas de bruits, mon logement était propre. Dans l'ensemble j'ai été satisfaite, j'ai juste un peu galéré avec la porte d'entrée du bâtiment.

Bien place mais chambre sale

Établissement bien placé a Villeurbanne mais la propreté de la chambre laissait largement à désirer. Des blattes couraient sur la table et le ménage à été fait le lendemain alors que nos affaires étaient encore dans la chambre. Un verre à été rangé avec à l'intérieur la blatte que nous avions attrapé pour l empêcher de courir dans nos affaires. Dommage dans l ensemble l immeuble était calme et bien placé près des transports en commun.

Très clair au niveau de la communication, sauf pour le ménage...la femme de chambre a sonné a 8:00 du matin, ça n'était pas très clair sur ce point. Niveau propreté, très satisfaisant. Excepté de la poussière sur certains objets non-utilisés, le linge de maison est impeccable et les sanitaires également. Un studio très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour se restaurer !
