“Can't recommend this place enough! We stayed for a night, left really early in the morning to make it in time for Machu Picchu, and returned to collect our luggage in the afternoon before our train back to Cusco (they will have breakfast ready for you in the morning and store your luggage free of charge).”

“There was no soap in the room when we arrived, so we had to request it. The shower had hot water, which was appreciated, but the bathroom was extremely small. The sink was awkward to use because it sat on top of an uncomfortable counter that left very little space. The room itself was small but included the basic amenities you would expect. One downside was having to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs after already walking through town with our bags, since cars cannot access the...

“El primer cuarto que nos dieron no estaba limpio, las sabanas estaban manchadas y todo olia a guardado. Con el segundo cuarto fue igual. El agua de la ducha era fria. El desayuno nunca fue remplazado, entonces si no eres de los primeros lo que queda ( que es poco) esta seco”

“The guy in the front desk asked for $15 USD extra if we pay by credit card, for a 1 night stay!! This is a absolute rip-off (12% added to final booking cost shown in Expedia). We had to use our USD cash reserves to avoid.”

“The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.”

“We had an awesome time at this hotel! The stairs are not so bad to climb if you are already climbing the ones in Machu Picchu! It’s good practice! Breakfast was awesome and views cannot compare! Overall I would recommend for anyone ok to climb up 110 steps to get to their room!”
