Good morningThank you for your response but without any feedback it is difficult to understand where we failed. I can see that you were allocated a large three bedroom apartment on the 9th floor that has recently been renovated and there is nothing in our communications register of any complaints on checkout. Hoping you can clarify.

Works to the pool area were highlighted in the booking confirmation email, giving guests the opportunity to cancel should they want to.We always try to allocate the perfect room for our guests and a spa bath, en suited apartment was selected for you. However, the large roof top spa's are not advertised as they are privately owned and not for public use. We are sorry that there was a miscommunication there.Overall, we hope you enjoyed your stay at Lanai and we hope to see you again in the future.
