โI arrived at 12:35 .From another Hotel from hell..a added a very bad experience.for example waiting 4 hours for my room. I both breakfast coupons on the website same time that i book for my 3 day's reservation..
Only us 3 out of 6 i was stuck at the front desk for 4 hours waiting for my room keys .the people working at The Best Western have no people โ
โWe so enjoyed our stay here! Great restaurants nearby, a convenient grocery store, and a quick walk and bike ride to downtown Ottawa and the pathway network โ
โLove all the renovations! It was a wonderful day and extremely comfortable! You might want to consider providing wash cloths. Would definitely recommend this hotel and weโve used it many times but now itโs a whole new experience. Weโll be back!!โ

And of course the owner, Elodie, was such a wonderful and friendly host and took the time to sit with us every day to help us plan our activities for the day.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Ottawa.โ
