"The staff were incredibly friendly! The space was spotless, had such great natural lighting, was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable! The property is well situated and within walking distance to many restaurants and fast food options. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Ottawa! "

"The suite was very clean and appropriately set up for a family of 4. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from Lyon Station and an approx. 15 minutes walk to Parliament. The included buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids, and a great way to start the day. The hotel is located in an area with many government buildings, so it is quiet and away from the more busy nightlife area by Rideau Station. "

"Reception was awesome, and the suite was huge (although the bathroom door opens directly right in front of the toilet). The only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the pounding on the floor overhead after midnight, but I don't know if hotel management could predict that. The location is near the Canadian history museum and the Alexandra pedestrian and vehicle bridge, the other side of which is near the US embassy and Bytown. "

Super yummy breakfast, amazing spread including smoked salmon and we loved the finger foods they had in the evening as well as the desserts after that!! The rooms are very clean and spacious, the king-sized beds and bedding are really comfortable, and the kitchen is a great bonus for us. My son and I spent an hour in the basement games room in the morning while my teen slept in, and we played air hockey and foozball and just enjoyed the couches and large...

"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "
