"the room has bed bugs! I tried to get connected to people here but not able to find any staff on our floor! The bed bugs bites all over my arms and upper body the other day! I don’t even know if it was took to my home! The worst stay ."

"Nice location with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped an tthe breakfast selection was the best I've seen for an Inn that includes breakfast in their price. Would definitely stay here again especially for longer stays."

"Pool and hot tub were under maintenance which was disappointing. Also our thermostat was broken and the room wouldn’t cool down with any regularity. The property was great and in great shape. Staff was great. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast though."

"Really clean, conveniently located. It took 8 minutes to get hot water for the shower and the room is very exposed to street noise. Lovely staff. Overall great value for money but I’d bring earplugs next time! "

"Unsure...THE HILTON HOTEL cancelled reservations for 4 nights as a no show first night when stuck in the air en route on a plane. Trying calling hotel when landing in another city to advise. No one answered the phone. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, I learned they had cancelled entire stay, told me my paid room was gone and to contact expedia. They offered absolutely no help on the matter and they were going to keep the entire paid amount when we were proceeding to this HILTON HOTEL!!!"
