The rooms are very clean and spacious, the king-sized beds and bedding are really comfortable, and the kitchen is a great bonus for us. I’ve stayed here twice, once alone and once with my kids, and it’s lovely for both. My son and I spent an hour in the basement games room in the morning while my teen slept in, and we played air hockey and foozball and just enjoyed the couches and large...

"Hôtel was very conveniently located, we have smaller children and were able to walk to Parliament and the Mint with no issue. Very close to Rideau Centre and many shops/ restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice that it had a shallow end/ side for our younger daughter. "

"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "
