So we drive almost 15 hours from Canada and after booking 2 rooms on Expedia they tell us they only have one room. Ask why and I’m told Expedia over booked their hotel and only have 1 room left. So we go to another hotel and get a room for the others in our party and keep the room that was booked by Expedia what a joke

Advertised to have a suite which we thought we reserved. No suite. No coffee pot in room. Upkeep in room and on property nil. No bedside lamp or outlet.

The hotel room was clean but it had roaches. I saw three in there in the first hour I was there. Not a good look. Also the people in the hote were noisy and nosey. The guy at the front desk was accommodating tho. He gave me a different room when I pointed out the roach and noise problem. The second room I was in didn’t appear to have any roaches but still had noisy and nosey people on both sides.

The room looked old and tired. No coffee maker or ice bucket. A couple of people requested refunds while we were checking in due to room conditions.

When we got there at 10:45pm, the floors in the room were dirty and slippery. Bathroom was clean , however there were 2 dirty towels left on back of door. The pillow caseswere dirty and the shhets were clean but stained. There was a cigaret burn on the comforter. (A NON Smoking room). There was a live roach behind the half full toilet paper. We called the front desk and noman anwered after staying on the phone for awhile. We'll never use Baymont Wyndham again. Lousey!! Breakfast was a joke.

Place was not very clean inside and out. Many things broken or missing. Breakfast was not really supplied. The best thing about this place was the coffee. They only decent item.

Never again.
Room was out of order in my opinion. Hole in the wall from the bathroom door knob. Black mold growing all over the shower. Bathroom floor was disgusting.

The Worse Hotel In Macon
This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no clean towels towel paper in my room. They told me the washer was broken. They will bring me clean stuff but never did. I had to buy my own towels from Walmart. I will never stay here or anyone with this name ever again

When we got there I went in the room to check it out and there were bugs crawling on the bed. I checked the covers on the bed the sheets were nasty and the pillowcases looked like they had been stepped on and had black stuff all over them. And this was on both beds. Was shown another room same thing. I took a picture of the bug crawling on the bed and the guy asked (what is that) I told him it was a bed bug. So he just walked away without saying a word. So what does that tell you?

Worst experience that I have ever had at an hotel. I’m booked about two weeks in advanced. Got to the hotel at the night of the booking. Waited outside for 30 minutes nobody at the front door and everything locked. Finally after 30 minutes somebody open the door for us a very rude lady. We finally get into the check-in desk and she says we cannot honour your reservation because the amount you paid on Expedia is less than what the room rate goes for and that she should not have to explain this to me and it’s not her job. Immediately I am totally confused because I have already pre-paid on Expedia. front desk lady was no help and rather rude and she called security as if I’m some sort of criminal. Luckily, Expedia sorted out the matter, and apologized profusely and moved us to a much nicer hotel. Beware this hotel may not honour your online reservation and I drove for 10 hours and had to go through all this nonsense. Also outside the property it’s very sketchy hotel with shirtless guys walking around smoking pot late at night. Not recommended spend a little bit more and stay somewhere more nice.

The TV was hanging on the wall sideways the TV did not work, call the lab because inform them that the TV was not working. She said someone was on the way and no one came. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This place is an absolute mess. Be careful when booking a reservation, that means absolutely nothing to the proprietors of this crack-house. Drug addicts wandering around in the parking lot. Trash everywhere. Disgusting. I would absolutely recommend bringing some kind of weapon to secure your family's safety at this "hotel". I don't understand why hotels.com would allow this place on their website? Unsafe. Unclean. Reservations don't mean anything, "I saw your reservation, but the owners won't let me tell the internet that we are full." Disgusting. This isn't even a hotel. It is where the drug seekers go for their fix. I actually spoke with a family member who used to live in Macon, he said that I am lucky to have gotten out of the parking lot.

Worst experience ever
The odd numbered rooms are in the back of the hotel, the evens are in the front. So my two rooms that she put "beside each other" was in fact on opposite sides of the building. There is no elevator either. I went to my room, door was open no lines on bed pillows in center of bed went and got a different room, door was open frame bent didn't go in got my third room it was put together but the a/c unit leaks inside the room so when you walk on the floor it's wet. There was no latching lock inside the room. The T.V. remote was missing it had Roku so you couldn't just use the buttons on the side of the T.V. Got up for the non existent breakfast, Breakfast was not out, only thing was waffles, bread or bagel no toaster banana and apple. No juice or coffee.

Made a reservation with this hotel and when I got there to check in they had no vacancies at all even if you had a reservation. They took my money for the room and all and I had to fight with them to get my money back for 5 days.

Arrived after midnight due to being stuck on the interstate behind a wreck, we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. No one was at the front desk of the 24 hours check in, sign in window said it was open. We rang the buzzer for 15 minutes and then had to get another hotel for the night. So, if you book this one you better be there before the front desk personnel goes to bed for the night!

This was the worst place I have ever been to. We stayed for 10 minutes and then left. There was no hot water the tvs didn’t work. Black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom, the latch lock was broken the fire alarm was off the ceiling and laying on the table with no battery. The area was very sketchy with people yelling and swearing outside. We felt very unsafe and have our 2 children with us.

Lock on door did not work and was approached in parking lot then they knocked on our door. We felt very unsafe, loud music In parking lot. We checked in and went to our room and left key I room and left asap we did not even check out or get our money back.

Not the best experience
No one at front desk when we arrived, had to wait about 10 minutes. She claimed she was in the bathroom. They were not sure if they had a clean room available & we had a reservation.

This hotel reported our prepaid room was canceled and required us to pay again at a much higher rate. I hope Expedia will be reimbursing us for the 2nd (higher priced) room.
