Pool and private beach are wonderful and staffs are very kind. They cleaned the room three times a day.

What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The rooms are kept very well and clean. Had no issues with the facilities. The staff was always courteous, hospitable and wjlling to help me with...

I love that the hotel is right next to the SM mall, very convenient to shop for things we need, the breakfast buffet at Féria and at the 20th floor club lounge are super delicious. Most of all the hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and super friendly.

Thank you

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice and caring. We enjoyed 3 different massages at the spa and they were all different, thorough, and incredibly well done! We did the BiPolar excursion which was truly special, and got a driver (Raylen) for a city tour that created memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Great resort, can’t wait to go back! Thank you for everything!

The staff and manager were all nice I had to rebook a stay again.

Great Hotel, top for families, nice waterpark, clean very comfortable, good stuff

The service was outstanding. Especially the security. Orlando and his crew were very helpful with directions and transportation. The place was very nice. Except for the coffee. The food was good. The room was great too.

This hotel worked out great for me and my guest. We loved the Philippine food selection on the buffet breakfast each morning. I asked the hotel management for special arrangements to be made prior to my arrival and everything was done perfectly. The staff is great. The bed, pillows, TV, Shower, refrigerator and microwave were great. I had no complaints. There were some little bitty ants in the room but to be honest I think they are everywhere in the Philippines and caused me no problems. ...

The staff were receptive, courteous and most knowledgeable. They catered to our every need and want. They practically waited outside our door awaiting our requests. Can’t wait to return soon. Frank California, USA

I just spent 2 weeks at the Holiday Spa Hotel from Dec 1st - Dec 13th 2014. I had a great time there. A lot of people mentioned not having hot water but there is an electric water heater on the wall in the shower so I always had hot water. The water pressure was a little low but nothing to complain about. I've spent a lot of time deployed to the Middle East so I'll take hot water with low pressure over pressure and cold water any day. I absolutely loved the hotel staff and they made me not want...

I have stayed at Alta many times over the years. I enjoy the garden surroundings, cool pools, spa, and restaurant. It is a lot more homey than other hotels. It has a pool table and climbing wall for kids, and a pool, spa, and nice restaurant for adults. My bed was very comfortable...a temperpedic style mattress with plenty of room. The bathroom had plenty of closet space, the television large and clear. It doesn't have a beach, but you can walk out to the water via a skywalk. I've been to...

Spacious perfect for family. Amazing communication. Very responsive to requests. Need to update linens though
