โI visited Krishna Boomi first time with my family members. From US, I booked Triptam Hotel using Expedia. Hotel is totally brand new, extremely clean, hotel Staff is very friendly. The best part is Mishri restaurant. Best food we had in Vrindavan. Overall had good experience. Location wise this hotel within 1.5 km from Prem Mandir, Iskon, and Braj Bhanke Bhihari temple. โ

โThis place is in the heart of the religious districts of vrindavan and considering the surroundings and other hotels in the vicinity, thus is an excellent and well managed hotel. Has large and comfortable clean rooms with gustatory breakfast and other foods. May not expect 3 stars but really has all you needโ
โStaff is very helpful especially Balram the lobby manager. Food is not as great but bearable. Barista is in the hotel itself so thatโs great. The location of hotel is perfect !!!

โThe exterior of this hotel looked pleasant enough, and our check in was courteous and efficient. Our room, the deluxe double, was large, with a kitchen corner, but it didn't look clean enough to entice us to use it. The bathroom was of a good size. The bed was comfortable, but neither the bedding nor the towels were really clean. Although it was noisy during the day, it was peaceful at night.The restaurant served enjoyable food at both dinner and breakfast. The road outside the hotel is dirty...
โFirst day of the stay we encountered with electricity problem. Whole night there was no electricity. Second day we asked them to change the room and in the second room door bell was not working and our telephones too. But we called them and have phones fixed. Communication was good and respectful but we encountered problems about the rooms โ
โThe location was good but very difficult to reach the place with car due to traffic restrictions.
There were no toiletries provided. No room service and food in the restaurant was very oily and unhealthy.โ
โIt is very disappointing that Expedia is promoting such unclean and unsafe properties to international travellers. It was a mistake to trust Expedia for such bookings particularly when we had 2 kids with us. Please record this message as a formal complaint from our side. โ
