"Showed up to property to check in and sat out front of office for 20 minutes. No one in office. Rang doorbell three times, knock loudly and yelled thru the speak hole. No response. Googled the number and called. The gentleman on phone told us to go down to Budget Inn and stay there. That place did have someone at front who got us the room after confirming with the same gentleman. But due to “renovations” it was in rough shape. No cold water for shower after driving all day, toilet did not flush but sounded like water running all night and front door was not closing all the way. Would not stay again at either even for the one night. "

"The staff were great. The motel itself is in bad need of a renovation, our air conditioner was very loud each time it came on. How this place has an 8.2 very good rating is beyond me. There were stains all over the ceiling from leaks from the second floor I presume. My bed creaked every time I moved sounding like the support boards were cracked I’ll never stay there again. "

"First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's what these big hotel chains are going for. Breakfast was just okay... Now, here is what I liked. Clean room, clean bathroom. At night they serve snacks and there is a nice carafe of cold lemon water in the lobby. The shower had great water pressure which is very helpful after a long stressful drive. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall my family and I were happy with our one-night stay and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for those little things I listed in the beginning. I would stay here again in the future if I happen to be in the area."

"Every staff person that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The evening "snack" and breakfast were delicious and plentiful! We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great stay! Will look forward to staying at a Drury Hotel again soon!"

"Have stayed here several times. No major disappointments. The low water pressure of the shower could definitely be increased, and a higher toilet is needed…a recommendation for most hotel chains. Great location for access to I-75. "
