Dear James, Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at Quality Inn & Suites Stoughton - Madison South. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. We do not have mirrors around the jacuzzi. When you called the front desk you initially said they were beg bugs, when we asked for proof there was no proof, but we then offer to switch you to another room, you accepted and inspected the 2nd room before moving. The following day both rooms were inspected for any type of bugs and noting was found, therefore the refund was denied. We hope for an opportunity to properly host you in the future.
