I went to check in at 230 and was told to come back at 315. Check in was at 3:00. Once I came back I was told I wasn’t getting a king room due to a late check in! Even though I was there early. I was told that Expedia overbooked their king rooms by 30 rooms. I specifically wanted a king room and then got 2 double beds.

We stayed for 3 nights in room # 602 in December and had issue with hot water. I complained in the front desk. Technician showed up but his explanation is "This is 6th floor and hot water will take long time and suggested to leave water running for 5 min before bathing." His explanation didn't make any sense. We paid lot of money but still had to take showers in luke warm water in mid december in Madison Wisconsin. Heater in the room make lot of noice, we can't even sleep. Very disappointed with Sheraton.

Told at check-in that daily housekeeping had resumed. We stayed 4 nights - housekeeping occurred only once despite our "reminding" front desk. Ha, ha, ha. Too many employees standing around - no help at all with luggage. Good, clean, quiet hotel. Watch prices - VERY large fluctuations during the year. Would stay again depending on cost.

This is a great hotel. It is convenient for my needs due to location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds and building and rooms are very nice. Bar/restaurant is great. The exercise room was excellent, with more equipment than ususl work out rooms.

Toilet in room was broken, plumber came twice, and each time stayed tor over an hour . We needed to use the bathroom on the first floor, staff member said there was nothing he could do. Didn’t offer room change, had no suggestions. Told me to call manager, when I called manager there was no voicemail, so I couldn’t leave a message. Staff member said “oh his voicemail is t set up yet.” So I spoke with the lovely staff member next to him who helped me get s new room.

The tv didn’t work The food in the hotel was awful. Tried different things and finally ate out The room had infestation of ants and the staff didn’t seem surprised or bothered by it. Won’t stay there again!!

Front desk check in clerk, Leigh, was amazing. Speedy and efficient for an early check in. Informed us of the shuttle to get us to The Kohls Centet for a concert. Soent some time talking with us. Love the products in the room. Clean. Comfortable rooms.

The room was very nice. Bed extremely comfortable. My only issue was that there was a very strong mildew odor in the lobby area. It was not evident upstairs or we would have had to move.

Good hotel but A/C units need replacing. Had to change us to 2 different rooms as air conditioning didn’t work
