We stayed here for THREE weeks. Yes, three weeks after our house sold waiting to for our new place to be ready. We were impressed from start to finish. Every staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Housekeeping is incredibly detailed and respectful. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have a long stay.

Was in Madison for a concert, and decided to stay here based on the reviews and price. Must say, I am so glad we did! Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room seemed brand new! Oven, fridge, stove top, coffee maker… couldn’t have asked for more. Add the breakfast was A ! Will definitely stay, again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding and very friendly. The room was great and made really efficient use of space. We loved the Container Store closet. Our only complaint was that the bed was really firm and pretty uncomfortable after two nights. We were in town for a dance competition at another hotel and chose to stay here to get away from the noise and chaos. It was very quiet and peaceful and looks just like the photos. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

This property was amazing! Great facility, friendly staff, clean and very very pleasant. The only thing that you would need to keep in mind is there is nothing walking distance to walk to; you would need to travel by a car or public transit. Would visit again it going to Madison.

It was clean and spacious enough. The staff were friendly and helpful and always available. The view was mixed. We had a great view of the sunset, but you had to look over a lot of roof too. We would definitely stay here again.

A true shame. The property was in very good condition and staff was friendly. The only problem was the mattress. My wife had multiple bruises on her hip and my side was also lumpy and sagging. We told the manager and he said he would tell corporate about it. No offer to change the room. DO NOT STAY IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.!

Great place, very comfortable, and quiet.

This was a great place to stay. Close enough to Madison to visit just about anything in Madison, without having to pay for parking, or feeling crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful, and always tried to greet you coming and going. The grill outside was really nice, and while I personally didn't use it, I did see multiple families using it and chatting with one another. The breakfast was a typical breakfast, nothing special, but clean, and there was plenty of room to sit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, bathroom was nicely updated with a nice shower, and the blackout shade for the room worked great. My only complaint of the whole place was the pillows. Marriott, why are you handing out these tiny pillows for a king sized bed? The pillows are TINY compared to the spacious bed. We received 2 each, but they were tiny and flat. This is not the first time that I have seen this in Townplace Suites by Marriott, so I don't blame the hotel for this, but it seems like a odd spot to skimp. Other recommendation would be a EV charger. I counted 4 vehicles in the parking lot, including my Hybrid that could have used the charger, and there is not one available. Just my thoughts!
