"We loved our stay here - our initial worry that it was a little far from town and the slopes was unfounded, as the bus shuttle service that the hotel ran was prompt and could take us anywhere at any time. The food was exceptional and great value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were good, if not a little basic. "

"The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. "A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"We came to the hotel and checked in, found out that our room is in lower floor(same room as we ordered), And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE! Everything was great, the staff the total stay. RECOMMENDED!!!"

"We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for. "

Each and everyone of the staff was fantastic from the bellman who helped w our luggage and car when we arrived a bit frazzled, to the front desk personnel who helped w a prompt check in and who answered our question daily about where to dine and so forth. Savy and Sergio at the bar were so kind and fun! We will return next year for sure! "
