Madras, Oregon hotel rooms at the Best Western

"I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”… I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice, but it really undercut the moment. Other than that my stay was nice "

"Despite being slightly dated, the room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Easy walking distance to downtown Sisters. Perfect for a one night stay to explore the area. "
