There must something strict rule when travelers come in or out of the room. They don,t care while their colleagues suffering & can,t sleep because of small noise when they enter the room or going out. Even the small noise can be a very serious reason for a bad experience in Madrid. Good & sound(deep) sleeping during the Night is the same with natural medicine for tiredness. At least the entrance or going out should be control under the very well organized system. Need a strict rule during the night time. (After might, the light must not be turned on, for example, must be very careful not to make even so small noise to enter or going out.)

Customer service is not so good They accommodate lots and lots of teenagers on a camp or something. Some of the teens seems like they had coccaine or something that the yell bang the doors run in the hall way in the middle of the night and day. Really loud and noisy place. Very very busy

Perfect Location! Hotel is great with good vibe and it’s full of cool people. Room was great, small as expected, but perfect to stay in the heart of Madrid. I’d definiitively stay here again.

It was basic but clean. We only wanted to sleep there so this worked for us. The staff spoke English and was helpful. Bar allowed us to purchase wine and sit on the roof terrace - no problems (roof bar was not open being February). Enjoyed our stay!

Experiência ruim
Nossa estadia em Madrid foi ruim. O hotel fica bem localizado, muitos restaurantes do lado, porém ficamos em um quarto bem próximo do elevador e dava pra ouvir toda a movimentação do corredor. Em todos os momentos houve muito barulho. O banheiro estava fedendo e isso foi um ponto de muito incômodo. Não gostei da experiência e não voltaria a me hospedar no generator de Madrid. Conheço o generator de várias outras cidades e nunca tive esses problemas, mas em Madrid realmente não foi legal.

De las 5 personas que vi durante mi estaci en recepcion, solo 2 muy amables. Preguntamos por las toallas y al reservar por hoteles.com no especifican que son previo alquiler de 5 euros, o eso nos dicen en recepcion con mucho borderio. Por lo demas ubicacion excelente, habitaciones limpias. Las zonas comunes y restaurante muy chulos.

The hostel is in the central Madrid and it is very easy to get there. Staffs are super helpful and the room is clean. It would be great if they also have a self kitchen there.

El check in es rápido. El baño muy limpio. A pocos metros de la estación de metro Plaza Santo Domingo y de la Gran Vía. Restaurant de comida china al frente del hotel y otros muy cercanos también. Los espacios tienen un ambiente industrial . En el restaurante fuimos muy bien atendidos por Amalia, quien fue muy amable y servicial, se esmeró en hacernos sentir bien y ofrecernos las opciones existentes. El yogurt se acabó durante el desayuno y tuvo la gentileza de ir a comprar mas en solo 4 minutos.

Un hostal limpio y con buenas instalaciones en general, se encuentra solo a unos pasos de los principales sitios de interés de Madrid. Las habitaciones limpias aunque un poco pequeñas, el baño y regadera se encuentran dentro de ella, por lo que puede implicar una desventaja por si necesitas salir temprano les harás ruido a los que aún duermen y molestar con la luz que da directo a algunas camas. El personal de recepción podria ser un poco más amable, ya que les hablas y hasta la segunda ocasión te contestan. En cambio los del bar muy amables. Lo recomendaría en habitación privada.

Alojamiento muy confortable y céntrico
Es la segunda vez que vengo y estoy muy contenta con este alojamiento. Las trabajadoras muy atentas y amables. El sitio grande con habitaciones de todo tipo (con literas, habitaciones compartidas, habitaciones privadas con baño...). Supercéntrico y con gran oferta de ocio y cultura cerca. Hay taquillas para guardar tu maletas si lo necesitas según las horas. Nosotros las dejamos 6 horas por 4€. Si estan llenas buscan alternativas. Muy contentos de venir a Madrid y visitar esta preciosa ciudad con el confort de Generator. Gracias.

Betaalbare top locatie
Geweldig verblijf gehad bij Generator. Midden in het bruisende centrum van Madrid. Zijstraat van Grand Via ... wat wil je nog meer. Hippe, vrolijke gezellige gezamenlijke ruimtes. Lange donkere gangen naar de kamers; zes verdiepingen; 3 liften. Schone, nette, kamers. + Douche op de kamer - toilet op de kamer. Met 7 "vreemden" wil je toch wat privacy als je gebruik maakt van het toilet. Handdoek kun je huren voor € 5,00 ... geen idee of je dan een gratis verse handdoek krijgt? Dat is een beetje onduidelijk. Het dakterras was gesloten in verband met de tijd van het jaar. 'S avonds was de bar open en was het gezellig druk. Groot tv scherm, muziek, spelletjes of gewoon lekker chillen. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld hier. Wil je service en privacy dan moet je hier niet zijn. Wil je verblijven in een toplocatie voor weinig geld dan ben je hier op het juiste adres.

Für das Zentrum auf jeden Fall ein Ziel
Hostel mit dem besonderen Flair! Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Bar, im Erdgeschoss ein sehr cooler Aufenthaltsraum, Tischkicker, ein Burger-Restaurant im Gebäude und ein Lockerroom. Und das alles absolut zentral! Es blieben meiner Meinung nach keine Wünsche offen.

Esta muy bien comunicado. Nos hemos alojado en la habitación familiar y aunque es pequeña todo parece bueno y en buenas condiciones. Calidad/precio es excelente. Repetiremos seguro.
