We choose this property because it was close to the dorm where our son is studying. Room was nice, bed comfortable and staff at hotel were helpful and kind. Near train stop and if you are a walker, easy to get to more Madrid sites.

Wooden floors create a huge amount of noise from other rooms. Chairs moving, footsteps, banging around, doors creaking and slamming. Carpets create a calmer less noisy, more comfortable atmosphere. I must also have had the water pipes coming down past my room as I got the whoosh of water coming down from above when someone presumably uses the shower or toilet. I asked to move rooms as a result and this was actioned for me without hesitation. Nice hotel overall and the room I had in the end was quiet and relaxing but it could have not been relaxing stay if I’d have stayed in my original room with all the noise.

It was my first time in Spain, and the hotels was perfect, great location with a lot of store near by like Zara Corte inglés etc, very safe to walk everywhere, the train one block from the hotel, I walk everywhere and i shopped and took the train daily many times a day and it was very safe and convenient the area. Also many restaurants near by, also the hotels was nicest that I thought, very clean good condición and services

Hotel Índigo Princesa in Madrid in Spain

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Princesa in Madrid was wonderful. It was easy to walk out to see any part of Madrid we wanted—especially the Reina Sofia museum and the Plaza De Estana. The hotel staff was lovely and helped us get taxis to the universities like IE that we were also here to visit.

The location of the Hotel Indigo Madrid-Princesa is ideal. It is located next to the Arguelles Metro stop across the street from El Corte Ingles. This is a safe but lively mixed residential and retail area. It was formerly called the Hotel Tirol. The staff off the hotel is very attentive and polite. We were very pleased with the breakfast and dinner that was included in our package. There is a lot going on at the hotel restaurant--there seem to be many locals eating there. We will stay at this Hotel again on our next trip to Madrid.
