Convenient location, close to everything. Good size apartment with all basics, great distribution and modern decor. Self Check-in and out process is automated and simple to use. Highly recommeded for a short or long stay in Madrid.

Great location and facilities, clean and modern. Only minus is noise at night from stairs (guests with luggage) and from other rooms, doors, odor extractors, everything can be heard despite the earplugs that are provided 😕. But I would choose again for the facilities, location and safety.

Thoughtfully designed and supplied (there’s coffee, tea, sugar, water boiler, cookware and utensils, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, all kinds of soap). Even though the space is small, the layout and amount of storage space makes it practical. Beds and pillows are on the firmer side but still very comfortable. General area is safe, quiet, and convenient. I really liked my stay there, will choose to stay here again.

Great Apartment for short stays!

The Apartment was Great! New and Clean. Nicely appointed. Nice size. Great Location in Salamanca with lots of shops and restaurants. Safe Location. Only complaint was not receiving the check-in instructions prior to arriving. Had to call the helpdesk to complete the check in process which was quick and easy.

The apartment itself was fine: clean, well located, good bathroom, bed, kitchenette. I had 2 issues that would keep me from going back. First, communication was terrible. You deal with an AI bot, and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get a human. When I finally did get a human, they gave me basically the same response. Since I didn’t see the response when it came in, my follow up questions went unanswered, and I had to start all over with AI. I ended up spending way too much of my vacation time on this. Secondly, there is NO ELEVATOR and there are approx 20 steps up with no handrail. It was difficult for a 71-year-old with luggage. Apartments 1,2 and3 are on the first floor. All the others are upstairs. NOTE: Numa requires a photo of your passport to be sent electronically before checkin, which I am not comfortable with. Every other stay I booked over a month in Spain 🇪🇸 needed only a passport number and expiration by email, or presentation of a passport at checkin. Numa would not permit either of these options.

We rented 2 apts on ground and first floor. Second floor was quiet, but feels very small. Window view is to the back of another building so had to keep curtains closed at all times for privacy. Ground floor apt was not ready at 3:30pm when we arrived, you hear the front door of the building slamming day and night, and if that was not enough, smoke alarm was defective and went off multiple times at night. Property support (chat only) suggested we remove the battery, but the 10 foot ceiling is not exactly accessible. This was the first and last time we stay at Goya’s apt.

The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and updated with lots of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Easy access with passcodes, sent hours before check-in. Overall experience was outstanding! We will definitely stay there again when in Madrid.

The stay was overall great; the property was very well equipped. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the quality of the insulation, which was an issue, as noises and all kinds of sounds from outside were easily heard at night.
