Property was great with lots of room. Everything was good, except that we had a bug problem in the apartment that they were aware of because they had bugs stickies all over the place. This should have been addressed before bringing in new tenants

bad communication, no response. property description was deceiving, not upfront, unsafe area in madrid. our food was stolen three times from delivery. hounded by beggers, hard nose no response or refund. Stayed elsewhere had to abandon the property 4 days early. Even more Unsafe at night. Would never recomend to anyone. Search the area before making the commitment.

Alojamiento estupendo. Fuimos un grupo de 7 personas y estuvimos super cómodos, con todo lo necesario para los días que estuvimos. Cocina equipadísima. Muy limpio todo. Camas cómodas, incluido el sofá cama. Lo peor: cuando cocina algún vecino que comparte conducto de extracción de humos, el salón huele terriblemente a lo que cocina el vecino, y hace un ruido estruendoso.
