I had the most amazing stay here. Staff was amazing, property was clean and beautiful. It was so peaceful and delightful. I would stay here again and again. Staff met all my needs plus more and also gave me the cutest note with a goodbye gift. Definitely a recommendation to stay when visiting Chiang Mai

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
★☆☆☆☆ — Een absolute nachtmerrie. Nooit meer! Wat een romantisch verblijf voor onze anniversary had moeten worden, werd één grote teleurstelling. La Lanna Resort heeft op vrijwel ieder vlak gefaald. De villa was extreem vochtig, het beddengoed vies, vol gele vlekken en beschadigd. De jacuzzi werkte niet goed: een zwart display, later foutcode E90 en voortdurend gepiep. Ook konden we onze villa niet fatsoenlijk afsluiten doordat we geen sleutel hadden. Onze nachtrust werd compleet verstoord. Om 01:30 uur werden we uit bed gebeld voor een bierbestelling van een andere villa. Om 06:55 uur stond dezelfde medewerker opnieuw hard op onze deur te bonken. Wéér het verkeerde adres! Zelfs het ontbijt bij vertrek ging mis. Ondanks duidelijk aangegeven dieetwensen kregen we twee dure sandwiches met vlees, terwijl mijn partner vegetarisch eet. We hebben herhaaldelijk geklaagd. Er kwamen excuses en een voorstel om te verhuizen, maar geen echte oplossing. Wij kwamen om onze anniversary te vieren, niet om voortdurend problemen op te lossen! Voor het verblijf betaalden we €470 en bij vertrek nog eens 2.073 baht voor maaltijden. De enige compensatie was 50% korting op eten. Geen vergoeding voor alle gebreken en overlast. De prachtige foto’s scheppen verwachtingen die totaal niet worden waargemaakt. Een opeenstapeling van slechte hygiëne, defecten en waardeloze service. Wij waren vooral opgelucht dat we konden vertrekken. Absoluut geen aanrader!
