"I stayed at 4 different hotels during my 2.5 week trip to Korea and sadly L7 Hongdae was the worst. Mostly due to the fact the carpets in my room were very dirty you could see black stains everywhere which made me feel like the cleanliness level was very poor. There was also barely any storage space in our room. We booked the superior family room and there was nowhere to put our stuff. The only good memory I have here was the staff. They were very helpful and friendly."

"For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job"

"The hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly and the service was great. From the hotel elevator you have access to a large shopping mall that includes a wide variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t crowded but we ate before 8;00am. The only downside was the view. There was a large office building across the street. It didn’t block our entire view of the city but it was definitely noticeable. I know some rooms have a better view but this was our experience. Overall, I strongly recommend the Conrad From the service to the materials used this is a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay again."

"Centrally located in the Hongdae area of Seoul, perfect for exploring the area as all of the action is just steps away from the hotel. Staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Room was so nice, spacious and very clean. And the breakfast buffet was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, it was so good!"
