"Disappointing Second Stay – Shocking Lack of Cleanliness and Professionalism This was my second stay at L7, and it was a massive disappointment. The first room we were given was shockingly dirty. Most alarmingly, we found fecal matter left in the toilet. We requested to change our room immediately. While the replacement room was okay, the unprofessionalism and the initial unsanitary conditions completely ruined our entire experience. I expected much higher standards from L7 based on my previous visit. Hesitation to return."

"For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job"

"The hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly and the service was great. From the hotel elevator you have access to a large shopping mall that includes a wide variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t crowded but we ate before 8;00am. The only downside was the view. There was a large office building across the street. It didn’t block our entire view of the city but it was definitely noticeable. I know some rooms have a better view but this was our experience. Overall, I strongly recommend the Conrad From the service to the materials used this is a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay again."

"I really enjoyed my time at Shilla Stay-Guro. The room was extremely clean (and a nice size) and the staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed the neighborhood surrounding Shilla Stay. It isn't the typical tourist areas (which are all easily accessible, as the hotel sits on the 2 line), but the neighborhood has a life of its own, good restaurants, and is vibrant. I would stay here again."
