"Room was small but clean, no drawers or closet to use either. The beds are on metal boxes. My daughter’s bed made a bang every time she rolled over. I asked them to look at it but they didn’t. We survived. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! They honestly would be better off not advertising it as there was nothing there but old eggs and sausage both days- it looked like they added some water and just microwaved the days before food. They had a sign for potatoes but never placed any in the spot either day. There was Frosted Flakes and Cheerios offered but in the large reusable turn containers (my son has a nut allergy so I was afraid of contamination) they display a pancake center but they do not utilize it. The only fruit was apples. Both days it was the same three old looking plain bagels and two different small sized muffins - all touching and placed the same both days so had it looked appealing I couldn’t even take the chance of contamination. The coffee was not delicious either so I skipped that as well - Over all the hotel was fine to sleep at but don’t expect to eat the free breakfast. "

"The outside looks old, outdated, and off-putting, but the inside is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay."

"Not many amenities, but not really expecting any for $63, so no complaints there. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it, but sheets and spread appeared to be clean, just damaged. Big complaint, there was zero hot water at 9am when I was getting ready (I tried running the water with the handle at about 15 different positions around the full rotation and nothing), water wasn’t just “not hot” it was freezing (even in May!) and could only wash my hair as a result. A minor issue, only the powers and channel up/down buttons seemed to work on the remote."

"Fairfield inn and suites was literally the nices, cleanest and quietest hotel that we have ever stayed in, in the United States. The breakfast was delightful as well. I compare it to the Euro Building hotel in Ecuador which was the finest place that I have ever layed my head. Worth every penny spent!! I will definitely be returning to Fairfield hotel during my future trips to the area. Thanks for a great nights sleep!"

"The rooms are clean and have good AC. Unfortunately all the bedding and towels smelled like old smoke. The hotel is non smoking. The room doesn’t smell like smoke. But when you get in bed the pillows smelled like old cigarettes and when you dry off your towels smell like cigarettes. I don’t know if the house keeping are all smoking while doing laundry or what but not exactly the smell you want on your clean body. I also had a room next to the elevator and ended waking up early than I wanted to because I could hear people talking and the ding of the elevator each time someone got on."
