It was on the hill, after performing umrah its no way possible for families to go up on the hill, other hotels had shuttle buss to take people downhill n uphill but they had no shuttle. Apart from that it was on walking distance as well as clean, staff was good too! But Will never book again🙏
The property has amazing location in terms of taking taxi and rides to places, staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is close enough to the Harams and there are many cultures to experience around the area. I would love to come back and recommend it to my friends
This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in Makkah.
First, the location is completely impractical the hotel sits on top of a mountain with no proper access. Taxis cannot even reach the entrance, leaving us to struggle uphill with our luggage. To make matters worse, the hotel does not even provide a cart or any assistance to help carry luggage up.
When we finally checked in, things got even worse:
• The hotel was extremely noisy and chaotic.
• The room smelled unhealthy and disgusting it literally smelled like urine.
• The carpet was filthy and stained, and the beds were clearly not clean.
• I went to reception and requested someone to clean the room, but all I received was an apology no one ever came to clean it.
This hotel is completely mismanaged, unhygienic, and does not deserve to operate in a city like Makkah where cleanliness and comfort are so important for pilgrims.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone it was a terrible experience from start to finish.
Plus they didn’t refund anything to me
Manager Mahidul Islam, Abdur Rahman, and cleaning staff apologize if i miss any of the names they have provided excellent service. They were incredibly helpful, promptly attending to all our needs. The hotel staff is very respectful NO Complaints from them at all. Always ask every moment of the way if required any assistance.
Pros:
Private Washroom
Own Towels
Provided with Water / Tea Bags
Wifi fully functional
Functional TV
Air Condition
Golf Cart to go Downhill while going for Umrah
Cost very reasonable
Room Service
Cleaning Staff and Managers are helpful
Restaurant close by
Outside Hotel if required to go Masjid Aisha private taxi will charge about 40 riyals
The hotel is decent overall, it is budget friendly its located on the steep hill which can be challenging after returning from Umrah but you can use Golf Cart in those cases as it will pick and drop off at your hotel. I would recommend this place for people who don't have problem with long walks after coming from Haram Sharif.
Cons:
No ballboy
Entering the hotel from the highway is challenging as it's the only way to drop off/ pick up customer
Hard to get hold of actual Taxi (need to call them)
Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciate the hotel staff
We have very bad experience with hotel, we stayed with kids, no room serviced i have to ask every 2nd days to serviced and new towels, toilet roll, last day they make me checkout quickly they needs rooms and in Harry i left my jacket and hoody in room than i ask them few hour latter and they just ignore me and they did not give me my stuff back, very terribly staff and they don't no about customer service or help at all,
Walking distance from Haram. Room as shown in pictures. Value for money

The place was as described in the advertisement. It is based on the area predominantly lived by Pakistanis/Bangladeshis.
It is close to Al Haram around 15 mins walk. There is a step hill to get to it so it might be hard for elderly people but there is a shuttle from top to the bottom of the hill.
Even though it is a good affordable option, the hotel needs to improve on its facilities such as reception area and have a nicer communal area for all guests. Mosque area and its washing facilities needs a lot more improvement.
Room were decent for the price we paid.
Room is too small and customer service bothers you in morning for checking out when already I was talked with them i will stay until 2 pm.so no respect
Very bad nobody on the reception nobody answer any question how to find someone in front desk fire alarm during several time rooms too small bathroom is very tiny

Effordable price
It’s far from haram .around 25 min to gate 79. Very down side of the location is on the hill around 5 min walk to hill but it’s very tired for me a specially after umrah . Over all receiptinist is good part for
The lady she is quit rude . Need to ask for room service again and again but when it come done nicely the guy name Sukon he do done the very good job . 5star for him . But very affordable price so no complain overall
About 15-20 minutes walk to Masjid Al-Harram.
The hotel is dirty. The room carpet is disgusting with sticky black spots.
The shower is not ideal, it makes the toilet and toilet paper wet. After shower you have to squeegee the floor bathroom floor. Squeegee is provided.
Room service doesn't come every day, make sure to get enough toilet paper and tea, cups, sugar for a couple of days.
Service people are friendly.
The bathrooms were dirty, was there for 6 days and room got cleaned once when I asked the person twice and had to stand there while he “cleaned it”. Toilet paper I asked for 2 days until I told them I will go and buy my own before they finally gave any. It was a terrible terrible experience. I understand it’s cheaper than nearby places but I would avoid. Also sheets were dirty. If you want to walk for ummrah it’s 17-20 minutes also has a steep hill if you plan on bringing elders. They have this golf cart to take you up and down the little hill, but people little fight over the seats. Wallah it’s disgusting. Overall disappointing would give 4-5 out of 10.
