الفندق تديره عمالة من مصر. الخدمات ليس بجودة سعودية أبدا. جميع الأثاث كأنه مجلوب من سوق الأثاث المستعمل من كنبات الاستقبال و حتى ألحفة و أغطية السرائر. بعض الأغطية كأنها مغسولة ١٠٠٠ مرة. العمال في الاستقبال تخدع العميل أنه نظام جهاز الدفع الإلكتروني متعطل، و تقبل الدفع المباشر اليدوي. يتهربون من دفع الضرائب . الميزة الوحيدة أنه أمنت على أغراضي لم تسرق، توجد نقطة توقف لحافلات الحرم مباشرة أمام الفندق.
The hotel is run by labor from the Egypt. The services are not of Saudi quality. All furniture seems to be picked up from the used furniture market, from reception sofas to quilts and bed covers. Some covers seem to be washed 1000 times. The workers in the reception deceive the customers that the electronic payment device system is broken, and accept only cash payment. They want to avoid paying taxes. The only two advantages is that I felt safe for my stuff, they were not stolen, and there is a stop for the Haram buses right in front of the hotel.
