My experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean and did not meet the standard I expected. Some areas looked poorly maintained. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance, and communication was slow. The stay was not very comfortable overall, and I expected much better service and attention to guests. I would probably not stay here again.
