“There were problems in amenity kits. No vanity kit is available, although the box is there. So, empty box. There was no sewing kit on the first day, but second day found it. Sewing kit box is there. If you find difficulties to supply them, then the boxes you need to take away. Other than that, staff were very kind and supportive, the hotel was nice.”

“The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a Cuckoo water purifier which was very convenient. There were plenty of towels (10 in total!) provided for our group. The host, Mr. Sean, was extremely helpful, responsive, and provided very clear self check-in instructions. Although we did our own check-in, he monitored the process to ensure we arrived safely. The location is also perfect, right across from Mahkota Medical Centre and within walking distance...

“Fantastic projection tv in room”

“Clean rooms and nice breakfast. The only downside was the excessive use of either a strong smelling cleaning agent or air freshener. I felt that it was too strong for me.”

I couldn't leave because of the corona spread. It is extremely unpleasant to the hotel's response that it does not even reply that it cannot be canceled. Isn't it the least polite to the customer to reply? The service is messed up”
