“We did not expect luxurious accommodation, but even basic hygiene was not maintained here. Dirty towels, mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and chairs. Dirt on the pillowcases, etc. I hope they will eliminate these shortcomings to make the time spent there more pleasant for their visitors.”
