What really stood out was the coffee, which was fantastic, and most of all, their bathroom products - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap etc. I’ve never, ever, ever - in 5 star hotels - ever had such good products. I have long, frizzy prone hair, and I always have to use my own products. Not this time. I was super impressed. Loved the hotel and would definitely stay again. The new restaurant in the lobby was also terrific. Nice tea, and the tenderloin was exceptional. "
