"Lucia was very kind and she made us feel welcome from the very beginning, she made sure we had everything we needed, recommended near by restaurants, and in the morning she made sure we enjoyed breakfast before we left every day! The property is gorgeous and very spacious! Did i mention heated floors!! The view from the balcony! I can go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay! Overall great experience! Lovely place! "A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. The omelette was delicious and made from organic eggs that have a story all to themselves. The team who looked afye ua could not be more friendly with great english as well. We will definitely be returning to enjoy more nights here at the Wine Hotel and next time take the opportunity to enjoy the spa and hot tub. Thank you ❤️"

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Poschiavo. The whole staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel has so much history in this beautiful town. The food was also excellent. We hope to return again!"
