“It was a very unpleasant trip because of the rude owner. The garden is not refurbished, so it is not pretty enough to take a walk and there is nothing to see.”

“The property is in a great location for the local restaurants and walks. We met Mike on our way out in the afternoon and he was really friendly and gave some good advice as to where to eat some local cheese. The bed was really comfortable with a good range of tea and some good coffee. The biscuits were a nice addition as well. We loved our stay here and were fortunate enough to see some Platypus which was a real highlight.”

“It was not bad. We tried to book the room which included bathtub but that room all out so we booked 2bed room. In that room no shower gown and slippers. But when we asked they served with free. Nice service, but the view from the room, better not expect about it. The view from restaurant is good bit not from the room. I recommend the restaurant. Breakfast and lunch, both of them, better than the price. I will be back for dinner later. We went there in busiest season so paid high cost.”

“It was a wonderful experience at Maleny Terrace Cottages. Sarah was so friendly and helpful when we thought we would be checking in after hours. We ended up making it in before the office was closed and she helped us figure out which restaurants were open close by. The Thai restaurant that is just 2 driveways away was actually fantastic! “We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. We have stayed at Nightcap at Northern Grounds previously and again on Monday evening. We found the renovated rooms very comfortable, clean, well stocked with tea and coffee making provisions. “Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time.”
