"The reception staff not very friendly/amenable The room according to your description should have had an accessible bathtub. All rooms of this grade only had showers with no handrails. Asked for a room with bathtub wanted over £100 extra per night! The room which was quite spacious had 3 steps on entering the room! No warning signs nor from staff. "We chose the Leonardo because of the facilities and the great location on the beach. We weren't disappointed. While no longer the top of the upper tier of hotels in Eilat, the Leonardo is still quite nice, well cared for, and a great place to make your home while enjoying Eilat. "
