"Pros: The hotel has a great location near a U-station. It also offers free laundry. Cons: Our bedding smelled very bad, and it did not improve after requesting a room cleaning. Also, the room was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning did not work correctly despite following the instructions to the letter. We kept the windows open full time. The WiFi worked about 30% of the time. It was in and out."

8/10 Good

"Clean rooms, we wish the air con could go slightly cooler ( or we just failed to figure it out). The breakfast was 10/10 regularly restocking things that were low and really inclusive. The beds were comfy and we had no noise disturbances. Staff were really helpful from start to finish, even once we had checked out they still helped us with bag storage and allowed us to use the hotel bar area. Really well connected for multiple underground stations so quick access to everywhere we wanted to be! We would 100% stay in this hotel again. The only room for improvement that we have is breakfast was so good, it would be nice for them to do evening dining too! Thank you for welcoming us!"

"Perfect location, central to everything you wanna visit and quick car rides to other surrounding neighborhoods. Nice pool + sauna vibe and fresh fruits provided. Hotel bar/ restaurant was cool and reasonably priced. 10/10 will stay here again, the ac in our room kinda sucked but oh well- everything else was great. Also would try to get a city view rather than atrium it’s a little muggy."

"The location of the hotel was great, very close to trams/buses/and tube stations, as well as the Tiergarten (15 minutes on foot) and several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, with air conditioning, which was great for surviving the heat wave! The bathroom was functional, with a nice shower with good water pressure. The hotel also offers a great breakfast, with fresh products and a good variety of options for all palates. I recommend this hotel and would come back again!"

"Overall a solid hotel to stay in. The room, while basic, was clean and quiet. The hotel is located back away from the main streets which was nice after being in the hustle and bustle of Berlin all day. Public transport options were easily within walking distance, making sightseeing easy, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. We had one misunderstanding about beds, so make sure when you reserve you are absolutely clear about one or two beds. I thought I was, but apparently it didn't get communicated in my reservation. We made it work. My only complaint about the room was that our toilet ran and you had to push the button just right after the initial flush to get it to stop. Otherwise everything was great."
