The breakfast was perhaps among one of the best hotel offered we have every had. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Regensburg area. We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM.
We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc.
We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance.
The same grumpy person was at breakfast, where we were again greeted by the same scowling person. We...
